The first sailing session of the Allures 40.9, the new 40 feet aluminum centreboarder by Allures Yachting shipyard, took place in the Strait of La Rochelle at the end of September, during the Grand Pavois. The shipyard’s teams were able to appreciate a particularly pleasant behaviour under sail, with notably a remarkable smoothness of the helm and an excellent manoeuvrability, made easier by its double rudder design.
