COMFORT AND SERENITY

Safety is a prerequisite in the design of Allures sailing yachts, and the 45.9 is no exception to this rule. Comfort on board this 45-foot sailboat (14 metres) has been meticulously considered to give you an exceptional experience at sea.

Thanks to the combined expertise of the Berret-Racoupeau design team, the experience accumulated at Allures Yachting and the feedback from numerous Allures owners, the 45.9 has become a benchmark yacht for all long-distance sailing enthusiasts.

Almost 50 examples of this much-loved aluminium-hulled liveaboard sailing yacht are already cruising all the seas of the world, sure value in every sense of the term!

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE 45.9: IDEAL COMFORt ON A 45-FOOT SAILBOAT

ALUMINIUM HULL

Cruising in total safety and with complete freedom: that’s the promise of an aluminium hull for blue water cruising yachts. Aluminium is an exceptional material: strong (it will deform without breaking), light and durable, it defies the elements to offer you unlimited sailing.

COMPOSITE DECK

In addition to its elegance, lightness and robustness, the composite deck that’s characteristic of Allures ocean-crossing yachts also insulates the cockpit from extremes of temperature. It ensures better weight distribution, providing optimum stability at sea while offering excellent thermal comfort.

SEAMANLIKE CHARACTER

A centreboard sailboat, allowing you freedom, twin rudders for stability and control, an ergonomic cockpit and 7/8 rig with aft-swept spreaders for efficient sailing: the Allures 45.9 is all set to put to sea.

COMFORT AND DESIGN

Darnet Design has drawn a modern, functional interior for the 14-meter Allures 45.9, offering optimum comfort both under way and at anchor on this modern sailboat. The generous light and 270° visibility offer an immersive experience, all while remaining perfectly protected.

SERENITY

Everything aboard the Allures 45.9 has been designed with your safety in mind: a watertight aluminium bulkhead, forward; sail handling manoeuvres returned to the cockpit and rudders designed to withstand impact. A serene atmosphere reigns aboard this great voyaging yacht, ideal for a circumnavigation or other cruising adventures across the oceans.

Design

Internal Design

Internal design

The modern design of the Allures 45.9, developed by the Darnet Design team, encourages an influx of natural light into the interior spaces. The coachroof’s large overhead and lateral windows provide for practical watchkeeping at sea and at anchor.

Well thought-out details, such as the ‘Duo’ chart table, the spacious saloon that can be converted into a double berth and the galley with its Corian worktop, are designed to meet the needs of blue water cruising.

At the bow, the three owner’s cabin configurations, with options for double or movable twin berths, can be adapted to suit your needs as a couple, a family of 3, 4, 5, etc. Aft, in addition to the easily accessible engine compartment, there is a bathroom with a separate shower next to the engine room that’s also accessible from the cockpit via a large opening hatch.

External design

External design

The Allures 45.9 stands out for her elegance, a virtue that is sure to attract the attention of anyone who catches a glimpse of her in an anchorage or, better still, while sailing. The foam-sandwich composition of the deck and the careful insulation of the aluminium hull will protect you from extreme temperatures - whether high or low - and judiciously contribute to controlling this 45-foot sailboat’s weight.

The Allures 45.9 sailing yacht wouldn’t really be an Allures if it didn’t offer a reduced draught, accessible in two ways. In fact, for the first time in the French sailboat manufacturer’s range and alongside the centreboard version offered on all Allures models, a lifting keel version of this seaworthy sailboat is making its appearance with the 45.9 (the Allures 45.9/S), offering a lighter displacement and therefore greater performance, yet without compromising stability at sea.
