ALUMINIUM HULL

Aluminium, have unique mechanical properties, is pliable and very strong. Tough, lightweight and durable, this material of choice for ocean-cruising enthusiasts makes the 51.9 stand out from the crowd.

COMPOSITE DECK

Thanks to its composite build, the Allures 51.9’s deck helps to better distribute the weight and plays a key role in providing the cabin with thermal insulation and soundproofing. Its numerous windows and skylights allow natural light to fill the boat’s interior.

MARITIME CHARACTER

A symbol of the Allures spirit, the 51.9 is based on design choices – notably a crafted aluminium hull, a centreboard and twin rudders – which make it an ocean-going vessel designed to sail long distances and for long stretches of time regardless of the sea and wind conditions.

A few simple steps welcome you into a different world, with sober lines and quality, light-coloured materials. On board the 51.9, the tones are discreet, giving pride of place to natural light which, either from overhead or from the side, generously bathes the interior with light. The interior space, which plays on the different floor levels, is noticeably large. The galley, which is much larger and better designed than kitchens in a lot of city apartments, works perfectly when sailing thanks to its U-shape design. The aft cabin, which is a real owner’s suite what with its portholes on both sides, its own bathroom and saloon, redefines the standards for space and comfort on a 50-foot monohull. The storage spaces all over the boat help to give the 51.9 its autonomy – and can transform a sailing trip into a world tour.

External design

The Allures 51.9 is intended for a reduced crew, as shown by its deck layout, its large furling mainsail and the systematic leading of the lines back towards the winches which are situated near the two steering wheels. But you are just as free to host several guests, either on the quarterdeck with its easy access to the sea, or the cockpit, which, with it being more than 6 m long, can comfortably accommodate ten people. There is generous storage space all over the boat, with a large ‘toy box’ at the rear or a massive sail locker in the bow. Designed to take you to the ends of the world with complete peace of mind, the 51.9 also enables you to share moments of togetherness with those you love.
