Grand Large Services arrives in the West Indies with a dedicated Allures Yachting service

Good news for our long-distance sailors: Grand Large Services is opening a technical base in the French West Indies, in Le Marin, Martinique. Repairs, spare parts, equipment, safety checks: our experts are now at your side on the other side of the Atlantic, to ensure that your long voyages remain serene and unforgettable.

Need spare parts? Need to add equipment to your boat? Need to make repairs after a transatlantic crossing? Just want to have your boat checked before continuing your long voyage? Allures experts are now there for you in the West Indies too!

‍GrandLarge Services (GLS) supports customers of the Grand Large Yachting group (Outremer, GunBoat, Allures, Garcia, RM and ORC) in their travel plans, under sail, around the world. Our experts provide all the services our customers need to set off, sail and return with a smile on their face.

+ GLS offers navigation training and a catalog of highly specialized courses (mechanics, electronics, medical, weather, survival...).

+ From 5 bases in mainland France and the French West Indies, GLS carries out all refit work, in liaison with the construction sites, on the group's units.

+ For the group's circumnavigator customers, we offer a range of rallies (Le Grand Large Yachting World Odyssey 500 and Le Grand Large Yachting Nord Atlantique), enabling them to sail around the world in a fleet, in complete safety, on original routes, with assistance at the main stages.

On July 2, 2024, at the Petit Minou lighthouse, a small group of people watch the boats as they enter Brest harbor. At last, FOU DE BASSAN passes before their eyes. They're proud: their parents have just completed a circumnavigation! ‍Eight days earlier, they left Ponta Delgada, on the Azorean island of Sao Miguel, accompanied by one of their daughters. After so many places visited during this great loop, the archipelago will remain one of their favorites.
