Webinar blue water cruising #2 - Building and managing your crew: setting a course for collective success
The success of a great sailing voyage depends as much on the understanding on board as on the quality of the boat. How do you create a close-knit, motivated and autonomous crew, ready to share maneuvers as well as the highlights of life at sea?

Sailing far, long and in all conditions... it's as much a human adventure as a maritime one. In this second installment of the "blue water cruising series initiated by Grand Large Yachting, we invite you to explore a central theme: crew formation and management. Whether you're setting sail as a couple, a family or with crew aboard, how do you form a close-knit crew, divide up roles and guarantee a good dynamic on board, even in the middle of the Atlantic or in a remote fjord?
