For owners about to take delivery, we offer a week of technical training to learn everything there is to know about their boat and how its equipment works. It's also an opportunity to share experiences with other owners.

for confident cruising

A true school of the bluewater cruising, Escale Formation Technique (EFT)—the training school of the Grand Large Yachting group—offers various modules led by passionate experts: marine diesel mechanics, onboard electricity, safety at sea, onboard medicine…

EFT is also accredited to administer the World Sailing certification, which is required for certain offshore races or for certain rallies.

#3 Taking control of your gait

Customized

The big day has arrived, your boat is in the water and you're taking possession of it! We're at your side for this unique moment. Together we'll spend 5 to 10 half-days, depending on the model, so that you can discover every nook and cranny of your boat and familiarize yourself with the on-board systems. We'll also guide you through the first maneuvers, both under sail (adapted configurations, reefing, hoisting all sails, etc.) and under engine (harbor maneuvers, taking in the trunk, anchoring, etc.).
