Cockpit

The cockpit of the Allures 40.9 features an ergonomic piloting and maneuvering area, with winches within easy reach, separated from the relaxation area. It's easy to move around, and the soft lines ensure great comfort. A small lounger on each side, close to the companionway, allows for a protected watch under the hood.

Inside Technical Area Accessible from Cockpit

A true traveler's boat, the Allures 45.9 features a true technical area, accessible from both inside and outside the cockpit. Very practical for storing maintenance parts and equipment, sails and water sports equipment such as scuba tanks, paddles...

A modern,
high-performance hull

Allures yachts are designed by world-renowned architect Olivier Racoupeau. The hull of this meters sailboat offers a clever compromise between performance and comfort. The lighter composite deck, especially in the upper sections, enhances performance and stability. Easy to trim when sailing solo, Allures 45.9 ocean-going yachts boast daily averages in excess of 160 miles, which shortens distances.

The Freedom and Stability of Centerboarder

Thanks to its shallow draft with the centerboard up, the Allures 45.9 can access lagoons, shallow waters and the most remote, quiet beaches, as well as shallow shelter areas in bad weather. At downwind speeds, with the centerboard raised, drag is reduced and the center of drift is moved back, making the boat particularly smooth. Behavior is smoother. In breaking waves, thanks to the two rudders and the raised centerboard, the boat glides through the wave without hooking, thus controlling overspeed descent, even under autopilot.

Autonomy and
Easy Maintenance

With its 420-liter freshwater tanks, watermaker and 625-liter diesel tanks, the Allures 45.9 is a true blue water yacht, capable of sailing for long periods far from marinas, in complete independence. Hydrogenerator, solar panels, generator, energy autonomy is also ensured by a choice of equipment. All essential on-board systems - hull passages, fuel and water systems, electrical networks, technical equipment - are designed from the outset to be easily accessible, whether for routine checks, maintenance operations or one-off interventions at sea. Even the most remote areas are accessible for long periods.

With its ergonomic deck layout, first-rate, generously dimensioned fittings, well-staggered sail plan and cockpit-based maneuvers, the Allures 45.9 has been designed for short-handed or solo operation.

The Sport version

With its bulbous lifting keel , the Allures 45.9 lowers its center of gravity for greater stability and efficiency. The result: nearly 2 tons lighter than the centerboarder version. The carbon mast and Rod rig further lighten the overall package, for optimized performance without compromising comfort at sea. With the keel raised, the Shallow draft retains access to the most unspoilt anchorages.

Modular interior for the Allures 45.9. Forward, the owner's cabin can accommodate additional storage space, or a toilet with external washbasin, or a bathroom with integrated shower. On the port aft side, the technical area can be replaced by a third double cabin, in which case the bathroom is slightly smaller.

Wide, unobstructed side decks, cockpit divided into 2 areas, primary winches near the steering wheels, direct access to the skirt.
