Designed by the architectural firm BERRET-RACOUPEAU and built at the shipyard ALLURES YACHTING in Cherbourg, France.

The ALLURES 40.9 is a centerboarder, a aluminium hull with a composite hull and deck.

Feedback from numerous circumnavigators contributed to the design of this vessel, which embodies the characteristics of a true cruising sailboat.

The ALLURES 40.9 goes beyond the usual trade-offs between the joy of sailing and onboard comfort.

Its " deck layout " is designed for operations with a reduced crew.

EXEO – ALLURES 40.9 isa custom version featuring two cabins and a technical area. The choice of the Zen finish in light wood creates a stylish, modern interior. This is the first 40.9 to be built.

The living space is exceptional— headroom ,2 m! A comfortable and bright space designed for a pleasant and sociable life on board.

The galley is equipped with drawer-style refrigerators and a spacious countertop. Its L-shaped design is perfectly suited for use while underway. The " centerboard well " is seamlessly integrated into the interior layout, allowing for smooth movement throughout the saloon. The two cabins feature ample storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a " separate shower compartment " and a generously sized toilet. The engine room is a major asset for the " bluewater cruising."

The owners have chosen the best options for sailing offshore independently and safely. The onboard electronics consist of a B&G control unit and a computer equipped with navigation software.

Special care is taken in maintaining this beautiful ALLURES 40.9, including the complete replacement of the batteries.
