Expertise forged by experience
The construction of an aluminium hull Allures Yachting on a proven process that combines precision, rigor, and the transmission of skills.
On a special piece of equipment called a table, the boilermakers first assemble the vertical structural elements: the bow, the watertight bulkheads, and the frames.
The horizontal stringers are then welded to the frames to form the complete skeleton of the hull. This structural phase determines the strength, geometry, and future behavior of the sailboat.
The next step—plating—will consist of installing the formed aluminum plates, which will be welded progressively onto the structure, starting with the bottom of the hull.
