New production capacities

In recent years, market developments have led Allures Yachting focus its production capacity on boats measuring 45 feet and above. This move was part of a shared growth strategy with Garcia Yachts, with both brands drawing on shared infrastructure.

The Grand Large Yachting group Grand Large Yachting since strengthened its industrial capabilities with the integration of a new metalworking facility in Caen, following the takeover of Normandie Yachts Service, as well as the construction of a new assembly building in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. These investments now enable the Allures 40.9 to be relaunched under optimal conditions.

A 40-foot aluminum sailboat that is still highly sought after

Since its launch, the Allures 40.9 has established itself as a benchmark in the meters blue water cruising yacht segment. To date, 46 units are sailing on all the world's seas. It naturally incorporates the shipyard's fundamental design features: shaped aluminum hull, centerboarder, composite deck.  

Designed for couples, but also appreciated by solo sailors, the Allures 40.9 offers a particularly successful compromise between interior volume and ease of handling.

A layout designed for life on board, at sea or at anchor

The classic interior layout, with a U-shaped galley and chart table the foot of the companionway, and a large full-width central saloon, ensures perfect circulation at sea and at anchor. Between the large zenith portholes in the roof and the five hull portholes on each side, the Allures 40.9 is bathed in light and offers a wide view of the outside. The boat comes standard with a forward cabin, an aft cabin a Workshop , essential for blue water cruising.

An Allures 40.9 sailed solo around the world
